Mr. Calvin Louis Green, 50, of Houston formerly of Beaumont, Texas passed away on Monday, November 27, 2023 in Cypress, Texas.

Memorial Graveside Service and Burial Service for Mr. Green will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at 10:00 am at Live Oak  Cemetery in Beaumont,Texas. A Public Viewing for Mr. Green will be held on Friday, December 15, 2023 from 12:00 Noon until 5:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home Chapel. For your safety, social distancing and facial masks are recommended.

Calvin's Life Journey

Calvin Louis Green was born on January 20, 1973 at 3:45 p.m., in Beaumont,Texas to the union of the late Delmas Calvin Green and Martha Jeanette McDonald Green. Calvin was the second child born to this union.

Calvin accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of McCabe United Methodist Church in Beaumont, Texas. Calvin was raised in the household with his two brothers, Michael and Milton and one sister, Ethel. Calvin attended  Beaumont Public Schools, Fehl Elementary School, Odom Middle School and Central High School where he played football. Calvin graduated from Central High School in 1991 After graduating from high school he decided to move to Houston, Texas where he attended Texas Southern University with a number of his friends from high school. After leaving Houston, Calvin decided to start a life in Dallas with his sister Ethel. Calvin and Ethel would work for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt in Dallas,Texas. From Dallas,Texas, Calvin and Ethel moved to Austin,Texas with the transferring of their jobs. Calvin eventually would move back to Houston,Texas to work for a AC company called Daikin in Wallier County. Calvin last job he worked for was the Igloo Company in Houston,Texas until his untimely demise.

Calvin was preceded in death by his parents, Delmas and Martha Green; brother, Michael McDonald and sister, Ethel Green. Calvin departed his earthly life and entered into his eternal life on Monday, November 27,2023 in Hempstead, Texas.

Calvin leaves to cherish his wonderful life memories his brother, Milton McDonald (Donna) of Beaumont,Texas; sister, Pam Washington of Patterson, Louisiana; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.  He will be deeply missed by all.
