Mrs. Carrie Mae Michael, 80, of Beaumont, Texas passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2020 in Beaumont, Texas.

Funeral service for Mrs. Michael will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. McKinley Avenue Baptist Church located at 775 Cuniff Street, Beaumont, Texas 77701 with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park and Cemetery in Beaumont, Texas under the direction of Mercy Funeral Home.  W ith the patience of social distancing at least 6 ft apart and facial mask are required . Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23, 2020 from 12:00 Noon until 5:30 p.m. at Mercy Funeral Home Chapel.

Mrs. Michael's memories will forever remain in the hearts of her children, Shirley M. Michael (Charlton, Sr.), Donald R. Adams, Willie E. Dumas, Paula G. Humphrey, Douglas H. Dumas (Catherine James), Mathews M. Dumas, Jenetta S. Hockless (Terry), John T. Dumas, Carrie C. Dumas, Vertis Michael (Chindra), Andrew Michael, Paulette Lewis, Elrica Route and Corinthians Route; thirty-six grandchildren; thirteen great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.
