Mr. Clarence Basha, Sr. 74, of Beaumont, Texas passed away on Thursday, November 30, 2023 in Beaumont, Texas.

The Celebration Service for Mr. Basha will be at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 14, 2023, at Mercy Funeral Home Chapel located at 1395 Gladys Street in Beaumont, Texas. A public viewing will be held on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, from 12:00 Noon until 5:00 p.m. at Mercy Funeral Home Chapel and visitation on Thursday, December 14, from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home Chapel church. The Military Burial Ceremony will be held at the Houston National Cemetery on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at 10:45 a.m. in Houston, Texas, under the direction of Mercy Funeral Home in Beaumont, Texas.

Remembering Clarence Basha

Clarence Basha, Sr. was born on December 6, 1948 and passed away on November 30, 2023. He was a proud member of the United States Air Force and the American Legion.  He was preceded in death by his parents Lillian and Eugene, his brother, Richard, his sisters, Bernice, Mary Louise, Geneva and his infant great grandson, Kye.  He leaves to cherish his memory his long time friend for over twenty years, Patricia Whittington of Beaumont, Texas: his brother, Nathan "Buster" Livingston (Shirley) of Gardena, California, his oldest daughter, Kimberly Lee-Thomas (Alfred) of Lake Jackson, Texas, his youngest daughter, Ruth Clifton Bolin of Houston, Texas, his oldest son, Kendrick Lee of Beaumont, Texas, his middle son, Clarence Basha, Jr. of Houston, Texas and his youngest son, Reginald Basha (Christina) of Baytown, Texas. He also leaves to cherish his memory his grandchildren Ashley, Myles, Angel, Shellby, Jazzica, Jerica, Demetrial, Roshawnda aka "Pinky", Javarri, Christopher and Tarvis; seven beautiful great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
