Ms. Corinthiana Curtis, 42, of Beaumont, Texas passed away on Monday, April 8, 2024 in Beaumont, Texas.

Graveside Celebration Service for Corinthiana Curtis will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at Greenlawn Cemetery located at 1995 Gill Street, Beaumont, Texas 77703. A public viewing will be held on Friday, May 3, 2024 from 12:00 Noon until 5:00 p.m. at Mercy Funeral Home Chapel and Visitation on Saturday, May 4, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Mercy Funeral Home Chapel. For your safety social distancing and facial masks are recommended.

Corinthiana's Journey

Corinthiana Curtis was born on December 21, 1981, in Beaumont, Texas to the union of Carliss and Chris Curtis. She accepted Christ as her Lord and Saviour, and was a member of Douglas Memorial Christian Methodist Episcopal Church until her untimely passing. Corinthiana attended the public schools in the Beaumont Independent School District and graduated from Central Senior High School. She loved her children, grandchildren and every child that she ever cared for as her own.
She would go above and beyond to help you as much as she was able to. She was employed with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice as a correctional officer with many years of service.
Corinthiana was preceded in death by her brothers, Christopher Hill and Roland J. Darbonne; grandmother, Ruth Harmon; and grandfather, Joseph Fontenot.
Corinthiana departed her earthly life and entered in to her eternal life on Monday, April 8, 2024.

She is survived by her daughters, Kayla Wilridge and Keyana Wilridge; son, Steven Austin; father, Chris Curtis; mother, Carliss Henry; stepmother, Debora Curtis; sister, Charity Hightower; brother, Cody Dewayne Curtis; stepbrother, Elijah Curtis; grandson, Deontay Wilridge; grandmother, Deloris Fontenot; her grandfather, Hebert Hill; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephew, and friends.
