Mrs. Donna Roy-Bell, 59, of Beaumont, Texas passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 in Port Arthur, Texas.

The Celebration of Life Service for Mrs. Donna Roy-Bell will be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Mercy Funeral Home Chapel with the practice of social distancing and Facial Mask are required. Burial to follow at Magnolia Cemetery in Beaumont, Texas under the direction of Mercy Funeral Home in Beaumont, Texas.  The public viewing for Mrs. Donna Roy Bell will be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the Funeral Home Chapel.

Donna's memories will forever remain in the hearts of her husband, David "Jesse" Bell; sons, Aaron D. Roy (Pamela), Ricky D. Roy (Queristan); brothers, David Dixon, Ricky E. Roy (Stephanie), and Kelvin Roy; five grandchildren; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
