Mrs. Dorothy Maxine Johnson  Chretien, 79, of Beaumont, Texas passed away on Monday, May 9,, 2022 in Beaumont, Texas Texas.

The Celebration of Life Service for Mrs. Chretien will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2022, at Mount Calvary Baptist Church, located at 2120 Renaud Street- Beaumont, Texas 77703. A public viewing for Mrs. Chretien will be held on Friday, May 13, 2022 at Mercy Funeral Home Chapel from, 12:00 noon until 5:00 p.m. and on Saturday, May 14, 2022 from 12:30 p.m. 1:30 p.m. at the church, with burial service to follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Beaumont, Texas. The practicing of social distracting and facial masks are required.

Mrs. Chretien leaves to cherish her memories, her husband, Frank Chretien, Jr. of Beaumont, Texas; her children, Adrienne Chretien, Travis Chretien, Sr. (Sharonda), Patrick Chretien, Sr. (Linda), Bridget Charles (Terrence), all of Beaumont, Texas; Patricia Orsot (David), Pauline Victorian (Mitchell), and Zena Guillory, all of Lake Charles, Louisiana; Frankie Chretien, Sr. of Los Angeles, California; bonus sons, Charles Murry, Jr. and Bobby Armstrong, Jr. (Lawanna) both of Beaumont, Texas and Billy Hopper of Houston, Texas; two sisters-in-law, Annie Lee Leonard and Lillian Chretien, both of Elton, Louisiana; twenty-six grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friend.
