Mr. Fleming "Flip" Phillips, Jr., 83, of Beaumont, Texas passed away on Monday, September 13, 2021 in Beaumont,  Texas.

The Celebration Mass of Christian Burial Service for Mr. Phillips will be held on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of The Assumption Catholic Church, located at 4445 Avenue A, Beaumont, Texas 77705 with Burial service to follow at Magnolia Cemetery in Beaumont, Texas.  A public viewing will be held on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 from 12:00 Noon until 5:30 p.m. at Mercy Funeral Home Chapel with the practicing of social distancing and Facial Masks required.

Mr. Phillips's memories will forever remain in the hearts of his loving and devoted wife of sixty-one years, Anna Phillips, his children, Ronald (Yolanda) of Houston, Texas, Randy, Rosalind and Robin of Beaumont, Texas; brother, Jimmie "Mickey" Phillips (Barbara) of Beaumont, Texas; sisters, Rosetta Thompson of Houston, Texas, Bernice Standifer of Austin, Texas, Wanda Collins (Darnell) of San Antonio, Texas and Bobbie LaSaint of Houston, Texas; six grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
