Mr. Harold Lee Redo, Sr., 75, of Beaumont, Texas passed away on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, Texas.

The Celebration Services for Mr. Redo will be at 11:00 a.m on Saturday, July 22, 2023 at The Gospel of Jesus Christ Church (2575 Wilson Street - Beaumont, Texas 77703) with burial Service will follow at a later date, under the directions of Mercy Funeral Home. Public viewing will be held for Mr. Redo on Friday, July 21, 2023 from 12:00 Noon until 5:00 p.m. at Mercy Funeral Home Chapel and on Saturday morning from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the church. For your safety the practice of Social Distancing and Facial Masks Recommended.

Mr. Redo's memories will forever remain in the hearts of his children, Barbara Sanders, Kertrita Johnson, Shinelo Matherson all of Beaumont, Texas Lutisher Matherson of Houston, Texas, son Harold Lee Redo, Jr. of Orange, Texas; sisters, Shirley Fontenot Haynes (Leon)of Beaumont, Texas and Marva Fontenot Hawkins (Don) of Denver, Colorado; brothers, Felton Fontenot, Jr. of Denver, Colorado, Jerry Smith, Sr. (Vonni) and Albert Coleman of Beaumont, Texas; God- daughter, Ada Sariah and God-son, Ridge Chavis; fifteen grandchildren, thirty-one great- grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild and a host of other relatives and many friends.
