Mr. James Harmon, 80, of Beaumont, Texas passed away on Thursday, August 25, 2022 in Beaumont, Texas.

The Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Harmon will be held on Saturday, September 3, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at Cathedral of Faith Baptist Church, located at 3755 Fannett Road in Beaumont, Texas.  The public viewing for Mr. Harmon will be held on Friday, September 2, 2022, from 12:00 Noon until 5:00 p.m. at Mercy Funeral Home Chapel and visitation on Saturday, September 3, 2022, from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at Cathedral of Faith Baptist Church, with the practice of social distancing and Facial Masks are required. Burial Service to follow at Manvel Cemetery in Manvel, Texas under the direction of Mercy Funeral Home.

Mr. Harmon's memories will forever remain in the hearts of his wife, Joyce Harmon of Cheek, Texas; children, Roderick Harmon, Marlon Harmon (Rigina) of Pearland, Texas, Christina Rice-Imumwen (Unity) of Manvel, Texas and Mauneen Hamilton (Albert) of Beaumont, Texas; sisters, Stella Taft and Marcellia Muller; brother, Napoleon Harmon (Betty) of West Lake, Louisiana; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
