Mr. James Lawrence, 70, of Beaumont, Texas passed away on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Christus Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, Texas.

Celebration Service for Mr. Lawrence will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church. Burial Service for Mr. Lawrence will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Beaumont, Texas. A Public Viewing for Mr. Lawrence will be held on Friday, February 4, 2022 from 12:00 Noon until 5:00 p.m. at Mercy Funeral home Chapel and on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, with the practicing of social distancing and facial masks required.
James's memories will forever remain in the hearts of his loving wife, Deborah Elaine Lawrence; sons, Michael Paul Lawrence (Demecko), Marcus Jerome Richardson (Kristin), Micah Jarrod Richardson, and Mackenzie Jarre Richardson (Keoshia); sisters, Andrea Elaine Cantue (Gregory) and Tammie Marie Lawrence White; brother, Anthony 'Tony' Lawrence (Anita), all of Beaumont; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends
