Mrs. Joan Stewart Linton, 79, of Beaumont, Texas passed away on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 in Beaumont, Texas.

Celebration of Life Visitation Service for Mrs. Linton will be held on Friday, July 16, 2021 at Mercy Funeral Home Chapel from 12:00 Noon until 5:00 p.m., with the practice of social distancing and facial masks are required. The Celebration of Life Service for Mrs. Linton will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at Scott Olive Baptist Church located at 1050 Ewing Street  Beaumont, Texas 77701 with burial service to be held at Live Oak Memorial Park and Cemetery, under the direction of Mercy Funeral Home in Beaumont, Texas.

Mrs. Linton's memories will forever remain in the hearts of her two sons, Glenn Linton, Jr. (Jenny) and Stephen Linton (Lesia); sister, Wilma; brothers, Tony, Charles, Ronnie, and Darrell; grandchildren Brendan, Jhaqie, Gregory, Jasmine, Briana, Taylor, Alexis, Rubyleane, Ryan, and Lauryn; great-granddaughter, Jehlani and numerous family and friends.
