Mr. Joe Monroe, 72, of Beaumont, Texas passed away on Thursday, November 16, 2023 in Beaumont, Texas.

Celebration Memorial Service for Mr. Monroe will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, at Mercy Funeral Home Chapel located at 1395 Gladys Street in Beaumont, Texas.  For your safety, Social Distancing and Facial Masks are recommended.

Mr. Monroe leaves to cherish his memories to his wife, Stella Monroe of Beaumont, Texas; son, Joe Monroe, Jr. (Carrie); daughter, Amanthia Williams (Mitt); three sisters, Patricia Chargois of Beaumont, Texas, Lou Ella Culpepper of Houston, Texas and Josephine Edwards of Houston, Texas; four brothers, Davis Monroe, Jr., Wilbert Monroe (Rose), Raymond Monroe (Angela) and Manuel Humphrey; seven grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, others relatives and friends
