Joseph Vertran Hill, Jr., 78, of Beaumont, Texas passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at in Beaumont, Texas.  The funeral services for Mr. Hill will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 7, 2019 at Mercy Funeral Home Chapel  (1395 Gladys Street - Beaumont, Texas 77701) with burial to follow at Anthony Cemetery in Beaumont, Texas under the directions of Mercy Funeral Home.  Public viewing will be held on Friday, December 6, 2019 from 12:00 Noon until 5:00 p.m. at Mercy Funeral Home chapel and on Saturday morning from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the chapel.                  Joseph's memories will forever remain in the hearts of his devoted caregivers, Arnold and Katherine Prescott of Beaumont, Texas; and a host of other relatives and friends.
