Ms.  Kenyatta LaShaun Green, 45, of Beaumont, Texas passed away on Sunday, September 17, 2023 at Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas .

Celebration Service for Ms. Green will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 30, 2023, at Cathedral Of Faith Baptist Church located at 3755 Fannett Road in Beaumont, Texas 77705. Burial service will follow at Live Oak Memorial Park and Cemetery in Beaumont, Texas, under the direction of Mercy Funeral Home in Beaumont, Texas. A public viewing for Ms. Green will be held on Friday, September 29, 2023 from 12:00 Noon until 5:00 p.m. at Mercy Funeral Home Chapel and visitation on Saturday, September 30, 2023 from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at the church. Kenyatta LeShaun Green was educated in the Beaumont Independent School District. She was a member of the Westbrook High School Class of 1996. She was a graduate of Texas Southern University Class of 2002. She earned a degree in HealthCare Administration, and then a certification to teach Health Care in 2005. Kenyatta was employed with Kelsey-Seybold as a Workforce Analyst for 16 years. She was diagnosed with Lupus in 2011. Kenyatta fought a hard battle with many ups and downs. But she never gave up smiling the entire journey. She always said,
