Mrs. Mary Evelyn Guidry Melvo, 75, of Beaumont, Texas passed away on Thursday, September 2, 2021 in Beaumont,  Texas.

The Celebration Mass of Christian Burial Service for Mrs. Melvo will be held on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Pius X Catholic Church, located at 5075 Bigner Road, Beaumont, Texas 77708 with Entombment services at 2:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Memorial Park and Cemetery Mausoleum in Beaumont, Texas.  A public viewing will be held on Friday, September 10, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Mercy Funeral Home Chapel with the practicing of social distancing and Facial Masks required.  V isitation for Mrs. Melvo will be held on Saturday, September 11, 2021 from 8:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at the Church, with the practicing of social distancing and Facial Masks required.

Mary Evelyn Guidry Melvo is survived by her loving husband, Milton J. Melvo, Sr.; son, Milton J. Melvo, Jr. (Tina), twenty-three grandchildren, thirty-seven great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
