Meron James "Mane" Goolsby, 73, of Beaumont, Texas passed away on Monday, December 24, 2018 in Beaumont, Texas.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Mount Calvary Missionary Baptist Church with Entombment at Forest Lawn Memorial Park and Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12:00 Noon until 5:00 p.m. at Mercy Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, January 4, 2019 and on Saturday,January 5, 2019 from 8:00 a.m. until 10:0 a.m. at the church.  Meron memories will remain in the hearts of his children, Brandy Daneen Goolsby of Allen, Texas, Jason Kendrea Goolsby (Jerlynn) and Sharisse Goolsby both of Beaumont, Texas; grandson, Jason Josiah Goolsby; brothers, Arthur Goolsby, Sr. (Juanita) and John Henry Goolsby (Shirley) nephews he raised from their childhood, Charles Daniel Goolsby and Gerald "Jerry" Paul Goolsby; and a host of other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
