Mr. Mervin Clifford Howard, 69, of Beaumont, Texas passed away on Sunday, November 22, 2020 in Beaumont, Texas.

There will be a Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Howard on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at 12:00 Noon at Mercy Funeral Home Chapel.  A public viewing will be held on Friday, December 4, 2020 from 12:00 noon until 5:00 p.m. and visitation on Saturday, December 5, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 Noon at Mercy Funeral Home Chapel, with the practicing of social distancing and Facial Mask required. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Beaumont, Texas under the direction of Mercy Funeral Home in Beaumont, Texas.

Mr. Howard's memories will forever remain in the hearts of his daughter, Marilynn Howard and grandson, Dominic Carvajal both of California; brothers, Robert Howard, Milton Howard, Mitchell Howard and Michael Howard; adopted brother, James Finley all of Beaumont, Texas; sisters, Charles Etta Woodside, Marie Dawson (Earnest), Margaret Bibbs, Mary Jane Howard, Della Howard, Penny Wooten (Eric), Signora Sonnier (Tim) and Wanda Jules (John) all of Beaumont, Texas; Geraldine Water (Reverend Terry) of Bon Weir, Texas; and Marilyn Washington (Homer) of Denver, Colorado; and a host of nieces, nephews, others relatives and friends.
