Mrs. Pamela D. Starks, 62, a resident of Beaumont, Texas, passed away on Sunday July 20, 2025 in Beaumont. Texas.

The Celebration Services for Ms. Starks will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 2, 2025 at Rising Sun Missionary Baptist Church (4255 Pine Street - Beaumont, Texas 77703). With Burial Service for follow at Anthony Cemetery in Beaumont, Texas under the direction of Mercy Funeral Home. A public viewing will be held for Ms. Starks from 12:00 noon until 5:00 pm on Friday, August 1, 2023 at Mercy Funeral Home Chapel and visitation on Saturday, August 2, 2025 from 9:00 am until 11:00 am at the church, with the practice of social distancing and facial masks required.

Mrs. Starks's memories will forever remain in the hearts of her loving husband, Robert Lee Starks, Jr. of Beaumont, Texas; children, Gloria Grace (Anthony) of Beaumont, Texas and Robert Lee Starks, III of New Braunfels, Texas; sisters, Patricia Jenkins (Terry), Sandra Thibodeaux (Dorsey Lee), Judy Boudreaux and Janice  Leday (Dominique) all of Beaumont, Texas; brother, Aubrey Wright, Jr. (Janice) of Beaumont, Texas; three grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
