Dr. Sandra Elois Banks Taylor, 68, of Beaumont, Texas passed away on Saturday, February 19, 2022 in Beaumont, Texas.

Graveside Celebration Service for Dr. Taylor will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Magnolia Cemetery. Burial Service for Dr. Taylor will follow at Magnolia Cemetery in Beaumont, Texas. A Public Viewing for Dr. Taylor will be held on Friday, March 4, 2022 from 12:00 Noon until 5:00 p.m. at Mercy Funeral home Chapel and on Saturday, March 5, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 Noon at Mercy Funeral Home, with the practicing of social distancing and facial masks required.

Dr. Taylor's memories will forever remain the the hearts of her son, Rohn Eric Banks, I of Frankfurt, Germany; grandsons, Rohn "Ricky" Banks, II, Taylor Young and Jameroquai Stewart of Beaumont, Texas; brothers, Robert Cotlong (Gerilynn) of San Diego, California and Kenneth Cotlong (Crystal) of Starks, Louisiana; sisters, Carol Scott of Orange, Texas and Arlesa Clark (Richard) of Houston, Texas; Goddaughter, Zandra Chavis of Orange, Texas; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
