Walter Bowman passed away on the afternoon of Wednesday, December 23, 2021 at the of 53 in Beaumont, Texas.

He was born on June 6, 1968 to the union of Melvin and Beverly Bowman as the youngest and second son of three children. As a young child he attended Dick Dowling Elementary and Austin Middle Schools excelling in his academics. He was later attended Beaumont Charlton Pollard High and graduated as part of the last class in 1986.

He went on to work for several different companies before landing a job in the early 1990's at Gulfco Machine and Supply Company where he would stay employed for over the next 2 decades before the company shutdown. At the time of his pasing he was employed for a year at Katoen Natie in Orange, Texas.

Walter is survived by his parents Melvin & Beverly Bowman (Winnie, Texas), his two daughters Acacia Bowman (Beaumont, Texas) and Aceisha Bowman (Baytown, Texas), one sister Stephanie Brown (Beaumont, Texas), one brother Tommy Bowman (Beaumont, Texas), and his only grandchild Frank Bowman-Boykin (Beaumont, Texas) and a host of other relatives and friends.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic there will be no funeral service. His cremation arrangements are being handled by Mercy Funeral Home. A private gathering for friends and family will be held at a later date.
